Gorgeous right? Just a guess, but Tania must have used the Northern Frost Decorative Strip for her project. I wonder what the silvery material is....hope she'll tell me! Thanks Tania! (Wish I could have lit the candle for the photo, but I can't find a lighter ANYWHERE this am! LOL!)
