A Gorgeous CASE...

Hey friends! I love, love, LOVE this scrapbook page, and would have copied it 100% if I had every product she used. Instead, I made due with what accessories I had, and love it just as much. I am admittedly NOT a scrapbooker, so am thrilled when I come across a layout, idea, or color combo I can CASE! (In this case, all 3) Thanks Erica for your talent and creativity!!! ;o) This was made as a Birthday present for one of L'il C's BFF's...I tried it with color and black and white photos, and while I prefer the B+W, L'il C prefers the color. They will go in frames, and each of the girls can have one!

This card took me right back to grade 3 and sending notes to my friends in class! (maybe because I'd usually forget them in my pocket and have mom find them later when doing laundry! Oh, the horrors!)

How fun is this??? I have to tell you, EVERY TIME I get into the shower I see L'il C's body wash, and start to imagine the cards I would make with this color combo and LO. Is that a sign I am waaaay too addicted to paper crafts??? (Come back tomorrow when I pull out the kleenex box ;0) Anyway, I really think I will use this color combo (Only Orange, Pumpkin Pie, Green Galore, Gable Green, Whisper White and Basic Black)and/or LO again, and again...I can see so many possibilities with this! Birthday, Easter, Christmas, Just Because, Thinking of You.....etc etc etc.

So, how cute is this teensy card? My kiddos are gone for a long weekend, so I wanted to whip up a quick card to send in their luggage. It's always good for them to know mom is thinking of them, right??? ;o) Sorry abotu the harsh lighting, its late afternoon here, and the sun is not so forgiving!
