just pawsing to say thanks
How cute is this puppy??? LOVE HIM!!! My mom and dad have a Miniature Schnauzer named Max, and he looks an awful lot like this image. Needless to say, when I first saw the Friends Fur-Ever set, I knew one day it would have to follow me home.... ;o) This card was created as a thank you for Max's groomer, the inside reads "just pawsing to say thanks". I hope she likes it!
Ingredients: (All SU! unless otherwise mentioned)
Real Red CS, Stampin' Write, and Classic Ink, Whisper White CS, Marina Mist CS and Classic Ink, Basic Grey Classic Ink, Black Stayz on Ink, Friends Fur-Ever Stamp Set, Eat Cake Stamp Set (retired), Aqua Painter, Crystal Effects, Scallop Square Extra Large Punch, ribbon, white gel pen and thread from my crafty stash.

Bingemans Water Park Passes
Morning everyone, and Happy Post Christmas Week to you all! I hope you had a fantastic time, doing what ever it is you do over the holidays. I didn't post this project before the holidays, as it was a gift I was asked to make for someone else. There is a super fun water park here in town, and when you buy a seasons pass, you can't actually give the pass itself until May 1st. So...courtesy Stampin' Up! paper and ink, and a bit of clear mat-tack, we have some substitute cards that were wrapped and given as the gift! Hope you enjoy, I hear they were a hit with the recipients!
Ingredients: (All SU! unless otherwise mentioned)
Marina Mist CS, Bashful Blue CS, Whisper White CS, 2 Way Glue Pen, Not Quite Navy Classic Ink and Stampin' Write, Color Spritzer Tool, Stamps, Mat-Tack and Glitter from my crafty stash.

Christmas Countdown Swap
December 25th, Donna Henley
Love it! Thanks Donna! I have it on my fridge right now, waiting to ring in the new year. I may have to make some of these myself! ;o)
This gift was supposed to be opened on our own swap day (so mine was the 24th) so that we each had a surprise to open on our own day. I showed you my swap yesterday, and chatted your ears off (or eyes out?) but did really open this one too! Hope you all enjoyed following along with the Artful Inkers Christmas Countdown Swap as much as I enjoyed sharing my loot and hosting it! My team is so creative, it was a joy to receive and open every package! Thanks everyone! And, finally MERRY CHRISTMAS to all!
Hugs,
Robbyn

Christmas Countdown Swap
Dec 24th, ME!
So, I feel like I've been awfully quiet around here lately! LOL! I haven't let you know what stamps, colors, accessories any of my team mates have used making their swaps. When I could I linked to their sites, hoping they would post a list, or at least you had access to them to ask questions if desired. However, today is the day I reveal mine, and can chat with you all probably MORE than usual...bear with me! So the above photo is the way I packaged my set, the #24 was hand written with a Chocolate Chip Stampin' Write on an image from the "Tags til Christmas" Stamp Set stamped in Pear Pizzazz on a sticky label, punched out and adhered to the outside of the envelope...any guesses what's inside from the packaging???
This is the actual packaging, without the distracting glare of the cello bag. My ingredients are as follows:
CS: Early Espresso, Blushing Bride, Whisper White, Pear Pizzazz
Inks: Pear Pizzazz, Early Espresso
Stampin' Write Markers: Chocolate Chip
DSP: Pear Pizzazz from the Designer Series Paper Pack-In Color (Level 1 Hostess Benefit!)
Embossing Folder: Petals-a-Plenty
Punches: Scalloped Edge Border Punch
Stamps: Tags til Christmas, Playful Pieces (Level 3 Hostess Benefit!)
Accessories: Thread from my sewing kit, staple from my office supplies, coffee stir stick from my local $ store
So.....any guesses YET?
Here's the inside!!! Any guesses now???
It's a sheet of "scratch off strips"! You know, the silver part you scratch off of lottery style tickets? This is a whole sheet the recipients can cut to suit their needs, and stick over their desired image. I did stamp my contact info on the back of my project, and covered it with a scratch-off strip, that is why I included the coffee stick. Everyone gets to try it out without wasting any of their provided materials. The recipe for the strips is below, and was taken directly from the December 2010"Scrapbookers etc." magazine.
How do I make a scratch-off card?
Mix 2 parts silver paint with 1 part dish washing soap and paint the mixture on clear contact paper. When the paint dries, cut the contact paper into strips, peel off the backing, and adhere to your card.
Hope you all enjoyed this (long!) post, and my team mates enjoyed my swap! Merry Christmas everyone!
Hugs,
Robbyn

B Fabulous
Hey all....here is another custom order I had for Christmas. A friend of mine and her mom own MommaMar, and Sarah ordered her mom a "B Fabulous" tile for Christmas in their signature colors. BOTH of these ladies ARE fabulous, and each deserve one of these tiles! Aren't they GORGEOUS?!? (Oops. re-reading this, I realize it sounds as though I am talking about the tiles being gorgeous, in fact I am talking about Sarah and her Mom, and I am assuming you have all popped over to her site to prove me right. Having said all that, the tile is gorgeous too, no? Hee hee!) Has anyone tried Gingerbread Scones before? TOTALLY worth eating, but maybe not so much for sharing ;o) Just an FYI, Mar hand knit all the green mittens in that last photo! AMAZING!
Ingredients: (All SU! unless otherwise mentioned)
Just B Stamp Set (retired), Kindred Spirit Stamp Set (retired), Basic Black Craft Ink, Gable Green Craft Ink (retired), Glassy Glaze (retired), tile from my local Home Improvement Store.
OK...I realize most of my ingredients are retired. I (obviously) still own and use them, as they are SU! fave's of mine. If you are interested in doing a class at my home, or yours using these products, please contact me...I'd be happy to share my love of stamping with you! Have a great day!

Rachel's Name Frame
Oh, gosh, another name frame that I love! I have to send a big thanks out to my sideline, Erica, for stamping and giving me the images for this frame. Its not a set that I own, but when I was asked to make a hockey name frame, I couldn't resist! These are the colors for our local girls and boys teams, and will be even more meaningful for Rachel as she plays for the girls team. Hope you all enjoy it as much as I do!
Ingredients: (All SU! unless otherwise mentioned)
Yo Yellow CS and Classic Ink (both are retired), DSP (retired), Stamp Set (retired), Close to Cocoa Classic Ink (retired), Basic Black Classic Ink, Black Ribbon and Brad from my crafy stash.

Josh's Name Frame
Eeeks! I LOOOOVE this! My good friend Barb won one of my name frames at our Open House in the beginning of December. Her grandson is totally into pirates and she requested his frame to be made with a pirate theme. Unfortunately, I don't own any of the pirate sets (current OR retired), so Barb's plan was to buy Josh the Beware Pirates Set, have me create his name frame with it, and give the stamp set to him for Christmas. I have to tell you, it was sooooo fun playing with someone else's purchase before they got their hands on it, but the down side??? This set is now on my "must own" list. I REALLY LOVE it!!!
Ingredients: (All SU! unless otherwise mentioned)
Beware Pirates Stamp Set, Real Red CS, Stampin' Write, 5/8" Satin Ribbon, Classic Ink, Basic Grey Classic Ink, Newsprint DSP, Color Spritzer Tool, Distressing Essentials Kit, Brad and letters from my crafty stash.

December 19th, Eva Marie (Nathalie) Rogerson
Let me tell you how yummy this package smelled, and how hard it was not to open it! I was hoping it was a bath product, and am so glad it is! (PLUS chocolate shells! Yum!) Guess what I'll be doing after tucking the kidlets into bed? Having a hot bath with these bath salts, and nibbling on chocolate! ;o) Thanks Nathalie!

Christmas Countdown swap
Anna's "Meet Up" Card Class
Good morning everyone! I am veering off the Christmas Countdown posts for a little bit this morning, however, be sure to check back this afternoon for today's gift from Debbie Bean.
A friend of mine asked me to come to her Meet Up Group this past Friday, to make some cards with them, so below are photos of all 4 cards. They were a hit, and all the ladies (and 2 young girls!) did a fantastic job with them. Thanks Anna, it was so fun getting to stamp with your friends!
This card was adapted from one I'd seen through my upline, Donna. Not sure if she was the creator, but I did get the idea from her.
Ingredients:(All SU!)
Old Olive CS, Very Vanilla CS, Cherry Cobbler Classic Ink, Always Artichoke 1/4" Grosgrain Ribbon (retired), Jolly Holiday DSP, Delightful Decorations Stamp Set, Ornament Extra Large Punch
This card was adapted from one I made at Stampinpalooza this past October.
Ingredients: (All SU! unless otherwise mentioned)
Crumb Cake CS, Real Red CS, Whisper White CS, Candy Cane Christmas DSP, Two Way Glue Pen, Iridescent Glitter and "Joy" from my crafty stash
This card was simplified for the masses :o) from one Andrea Walford posted here.
Ingredients: (All SU!)
Baja Breeze CS and Stampin' Write, Whisper White CS, Candy Cane Christmas DSP, Black Stayz On Ink, Real Red CS, Stampin' Write and 5/8" Satin Ribbon, Soft Suede Stampin' Write, A Cute Christmas Stamp Set.
This card is one I make all the time. I love its elegance and simplicity, and to be honest, it is always the most loved at any card party I am at! I am sure there are several variations out there, but this one has been created by myself. I've made this card in Almost Amethyst (retired), Bashful Blue, Certainly Celery, So Saffron and Pretty in Pink, and it is stunning each time. This is the first time I've put it together in black.
Ingredients: (All SU!)
Basic Black CS, Whisper White CS, Northern Flurry Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, Contempo Christmas Stamp Set, Basic Rhinestones.
