PaperCrafts Magazine Challenge 10, Make your own Buttons

Continuing on my quest to complete the challenges posted in THIS magazine, today's card features home made buttons. Easy peasy to do...punch circles from DSP, apply Crystal Effects, let dry, adhere circles to punched out card board for thickness, and punch holes in the centre with your Crop a Dile. Voila, simple, coordinating home made buttons to adorn ANY project!

PaperCrafts Magazine Challenge #5-Make a Quilt Inspired Card

I received a card similar to this in a shoebox swap last month, and commented that I have always wanted to make one. Well, Challenge #5 in THIS PaperCrafts mag is to make a "quilt Inspired" card, so I got my wish! It was fun, and definitely one I will make again!

Morning Everyone! I love, love, LOVE this card and it's all thanks to THIS mag! I never would have thought to stamp with paint before, but I love the extra grunge rock look it gives this card! I know these stamp sets are retired, but they are among my personal faves, and won't ever be shooed from my studio!

PaperCrafts Magazine Challenge 3-Stamp on Felt

Morning everyone! Here is Challenge #3 from THIS mag, which I adore! I only had white felt in the house, and my plan for all of these challenges, is to use products I already have in the house :o) I went soft and elegant with this pretty little card. My black StayzOn looks light grey on the felt (think I need to re-ink my pad!), but I like the look!

Surprise! It's another card I CASEd/adapted from the Mar/Apr 2012 Paper Crafts Magazine. I'm loving how easy SU! makes it with their coordinating packs of DSP. :o)

Paper Crafts Mag CASE/Adaptation #6

This was a really quick and easy card that I CASEd/adapted from the Mar/Apr 2012 Paper Crafts Mag. I stuck with neutral stripes, as I had those 2 strips of paint chips on my desk, and added a pop of color with the Pear Pizzazz Card Stock. This card was Big C & L'il C's fave of the whole bunch I CASEd from the mag! :o)

Hee! More Mar/Apr 2012 Paper Crafts Mag CASE/adaptations. I LOVE that mag, and I LOVE that you can take any of their layouts/ideas and adapt them to Stampin' Up! Products. So fun!!!

Paper Crafts Mag CASE/Adaptation #4

Yay! Here's another card I CASEd/adapted from the Mar/Apr 2012 Paper Crafts Magazine. I literally sat down, and flipped page by page and adapted their cards and layouts to be used with my SU! supplies. To get this effect, use versa mark ink to stamp the background stamp. Then tilt the card stock and drizzle different colors of embossing powder on it to give it this look.

Paper Crafts Mag CASE/Adaptation #3

Hi everyone! Here is another CASE/adaptation from the Mar/Apr 2012 Paper Crafts Mag. The original card was made on white CS with the DSP being rainbow bits of papers. I changed this to be monochromatic, which I love! (I also love the rainbow effect...you may be seeing that here too! LOL!) Hope you are all having a fabby day!
