Happy First Birthday!

Hi Ladies! A very quick post, I need to run out the door shortly! I made this card In August for my nieces 1st Birthday. I haven't posted a TON of stuff I've made in the last month, so bear with me while I catch up! ;O) I loved this card when I made it, and sort of forgot about it until I was at their house again 2 weeks ago. It was sitting on top of a buffet, and the way I looked at it, it looked like a box. Before I could stop myself, I walked towards it, and exclaimed "Oh my goodness! This is gorgeous!" Then when I was ready to pick it up, and realized in fact it was a card not a box, and it was a card I made, I was a little embarrassed! Hee! Anyway, it was good for a giggle!

Hope you are all having a great Monday!

Ingredients: (All SU! unless otherwise mentioned)
Regal Rose Classic Ink and CS, Not Quite Navy CS and Classic Ink, Very Vanilla CS, Tropical Party Stamp Set, Best Wishes and More Stamp Set

Grade 5 Mother's Day Project

Hi all! I created these for my brothers grade 5 class to make for Mother's Day presents. I wanted a "boy" version and a "girl" version, although, of course they can make any version they choose! Also, as a note, I've made the executive decision that the frame on the left is the one we will be using...someone (namely me!) will get lacerated trying to put the frame on the right assembled!

ps-These pretties will be one of the projects made at my Mom'n'Me Mothers Day Class (May 1, 1:00-3:00) ;o)

Ingredients: (All SU! unless otherwise noted)
Whisper White CS, Classic Inks: (Boys) Sahara Sand, Sage Shadow, Always Artichoke, Close to Cocoa, Chocolate Chip (Girls)Old Olive, Tempting Turquoise, Pumpkin Pie, Rose Red, So Saffron, Stamps: (Boys) Extreme Elements, (Girls)Enjoy Every Moment, Best Wishes and More, Just B, Season of Friendship

Hi there friends! I'm going to say it...Samantha ROCKS! Don't you just love these colors? Don't you just love this card? It is such a warm, bright spring like day here, when I threw all the colors down in my studio, I couldn't help but think "SPRING FEVER!"(I create the SPCC challenge cards 2+ weeks in advance of their posts, so all I can say is...today is gorgeous! I hope it's still gorgeous out when the post hits the blogosphere! ;o) Ok, I am going to admit something...my Cameo Coral ink was still in the plastic wrapper...2 plus years after buying it! I can't figure out why though, look how GORGEOUS it is! I think its going to be showing up in my work more frequently! Before we get to the deets, hop on over to Samantha's SPCC site to check out the rest of the Diva's work, the PRIZE pack (Thanks to Samantha for independently providing these fabby prizes week after week!), and enter your own gorgeous creation!)
