Sorry, no photo! ;o)
Hello everyone! I think I may have mentioned once or twice that scrapbooking FREAKS me out! I love looking at other peoples scrapbooks, and admire the time and talent it takes to make a scrapbook, but it's totally not my thing. The photographer in me can't wrap my brain around having my photos out of order. Never mind cutting them! Oh the horrors! The crafter in me is intimidated by all that space to fill. And the (desire to be an) Organizational Queen in me rues all the space the scrapbooks would take up. That being said, tonight I made a scrapbook page for our Surf Dogs display, loosely based on this one. You'll have to wait until next week to see it, as I need my "P is for Paw" wheel to complete it, but let me tell you it's worth peeking back for. I'll give you a hint what it's featuring....the title is "Oh Scooby! (good thing we love you anyway!)", it will have the P is for Paw standard wheel rolled on it, and a stamp from the Extreme Elements set. Nighty Night friends!

Happy Canada Day (and these were our teacher's presents this year :o)
Well, the school year is finally over, and we can all look forward to 2 months of relaxation, fun and rejuvenation. I made these presents for all our teachers, and I must say I love how they turned out! These chocolate bar sliders are so easy to make, and they create a huge wow factor! I've added a little pocket on the front of these to also hold a gift card. If the card looks familiar to you, I CASEd myself (CASEing someone else!) LOL! I love that you can take such a super sweet, super simple card, and alter it to suit your card giving needs! I also LOVE the Flirtacious DSP and Delicate Doilies Stamp set...I don't think I've told you that in about a week... :o)
This slider was made for a for a friend of Big C and L'il C's. I decided to make his a little more rough and tumble, and I love how it turned out too! That embossed resist technique rocks!
Hope you are all having a fabby start to your summer, and HAPPY CANADA DAY!!!!

Happy 12th Birthday Big C!
Hey everyone! It's big C's Birthday today (I'm not sure how THAT happened!), and here is the card I made for him. The background is a label from a pair of jeans my mom and dad gave him, and the foreground is done in the "emerging colors" technique outlined in a recent Stampin' Success magazine. I think he'll love it!
Ingredients: (All SU! unless otherwise mentioned)
Riding Hood Red CS and Classic Ink, Whisper White CS, Baja Breeze Classic Ink, So Saffron Classic Ink, Basic Grey Classic Ink, Basic Black Classic Ink, Well Worn Numbers Stamp Set (soooo sad this is retired!), Extreme Elements Stamp Set, Glassy Glaze Embossing Powder, Heat Tool, Pop Dots, background is a denim label that came attached to a pair of jeans.

You (2) Rock!
Hey girlies! I am going to try to catch up my posts this week with the cards I sent to school with the kiddies everyday for their first week of school! (At least until Saturday, when I plan to post my Stampinpalooza swap card, and maybe Sunday post one of the projects we are making at my "World Card Making Day" Open House) I made the following cards for the kidlets, but didn't want to post them until after they received them all (and gave their permission! ;o) So this fun one was created using the new Color Coach. I picked this combo merely because I couldn't imagine this combo together, and you know what? I love it! It would look fabby on a birthday card, a thinking of you card, an invite...just about anywhere you want bright fun colors!
Ingredients: (All SU!)
Concord Crush CS and Classic Ink, Pear Pizzazz CS and Classic Ink, Peach Parfait CS and Classic Ink, Extreme Elements Stamp Set, Extreme Skateboard Stamp Set, Just Jawing Stamp Set, Scallop Trim Border Punch,

Nathan
Hey there! If you are just joining in, Tuesday I started posting a series of "name frames" I have created. You may want to start there, and continue to follow daily until you've seen them all. I am not posting ingredients, as I have used up a bunch of retired colors, papers, stamp sets, and some non SU! stuff I have taking up room in my cupboards. If you'd like to know what a specific product is, leave a comment and I will get back to you. Hope you enjoy them!
Hugs,
Robbyn

Grade 5 Mother's Day Project

Hi all! I created these for my brothers grade 5 class to make for Mother's Day presents. I wanted a "boy" version and a "girl" version, although, of course they can make any version they choose! Also, as a note, I've made the executive decision that the frame on the left is the one we will be using...someone (namely me!) will get lacerated trying to put the frame on the right assembled!
ps-These pretties will be one of the projects made at my Mom'n'Me Mothers Day Class (May 1, 1:00-3:00) ;o)
Ingredients: (All SU! unless otherwise noted)
