"Feel Goods" Card Class

Good morning everyone! I hope you will be joining us at today's "Feel Goods" card class, featuring the new Feel Goods Stamp Set in the current Spring Catalogue. I must admit, it is my FAVOURITE new stamp set, and I use it ALL the time. After all, who couldn't use some feel good sentiments in their life?!? February 2012 Artful*Inkers Team Swap, post 3

Happy Birthday L'il C!

Hello everyone! Sorry about the disappearing act, my internet died, and for once I had nothing pre-posted! As it turns out, it may have been divine intervention, I was planning on posting this card 2 days ago (which was made for L'il C's Birthday), but had to save it to post it on her actual Birthday instead! So with all that explained, Happy Birthday L'il C!

This is a really quick and effective card. It looks like it required a ton of creativity, but with a little bit of pretty DSP, a roll through the Big Shot with the Labels Collection Framelits, and some (non-SU!) gems it comes together in a flash! Instead of the gems, this could be created using SU!'s Basic Pearls, and their new Large Pearl Basic Jewels to get the same effect. And probably a prettier one at that!

Using Negative Space

Good Morning! I hope you are all having a great day! I'm always in awe when I see people using their negative space in a creative and fun way. (Remember Samantha's card back here?) For some reason, I never think to explore that avenue of creativity. This card was CASE'd (and altered to suit my supplies) from Becky Roberts, and I absolutely adore it! My personal challenge over the next little while is to start seeing negative space as a positive, and see if I can add it into my work!
