Clean and Simple Wonderfall

Hi everyone! I think I've mentioned once or twice before how much I love the new stamp set Wonderfall! ;o) This CAS card was so quick and simple to make (and much more shimmery in real life, the Smooch Spritz doesn't really show well in photos does it?), and I just love it. It would be a great card to make for a boxed gift set!

Happy Birthday Mom!

Good Morning everyone! My mom's birthday was last weekend, and this is the card I made her. (because she checks my blog regularly, I didn't post it on the day, knowing she wouldn't be receiving it until that night :o) The BEST part of this card is that it's a "confetti flinger", and though a photo of it once the confetti was "flung" is terribly boring, you can catch a video on how to make it, and see it in action yourself right HERE. Hello friends! Here's a sweet Valentine's Day card (or really, could be an "Any Day" card!) I love how the En Francais Background Stamp brings a splash of elegance to anything it touches! I'm also still (always, and forever....) in love with Reds, Pinks, Browns, and Vanillas.....one combo I'll never tire of!

Super Quick, Super Sweet Birthday Card

Morning Friends! This was such a quick and easy 3x3 card to whip together...I should make a bunch to keep on hand! Love the texture, love the colors, love the depth, love the simplicity...and literally, it took about 2 minutes! LOVE that timing! LOL!

Summer time blues....

Is it just me, or do you also hate the end of summer vacation? The kidlets go back to school on Tuesday, and I'm already missing them, and the fun times we had this summer! The following cards will be tucked into their lunch bags Tues, alongside a special treat I made them! (come back tomorrow to see that as well)

I did get to do some stamping with a friend yesterday, we worked on watercolor techniques which was super fun. The cards below have been colored 2 different ways. The one on the left was partially colored with Stampin' Write's in several shades, and then blended with a blender pen and an aqua painter was used on the pot and for the shadow since the area was larger, and I was looking for a looser feel. The one on the right was colored with Stampin' Write's only, but I did layer colors on top of one another for some depth. Which do you prefer?

Hey there friends! I made 4 cards the week before the Stampin' Up! Retirement list was due to come out. I had a hunch this set (Fun and Fast Notes) would retire, and I wanted to get some more use from it, before it did! Its a super fast, super easy card, and from June 27-30, you'll see variations of this CAS layout. All I did was ink up a background stamp, lay down a sticky note where I wanted to mask the area, stamp the background. Then in the left over space, stamped the images with Staz-On and then went from there. Super fun, super fast!

Stampinpalooza Swap Card

Hey All! This was the swap card I made for this past weekend. It was a fantastic time, I'm so grateful to Carloyn and Christyn and their families for planning and hosting this super fun event. I love being a guest at someone else's stamping event and create for the pure joy of it, without having to do all of the planning and thinking myself!!! LOL! (After I am done posting all of the Delicate Doily Cards, I will post the projects we made there. So bright and fun, I LOVE them!!!) The 2 photos differ above, in that the top one has the Delicate Doily Stamp embossed on Glossy White CS and the ink is painted on with the aqua painters, and the lower one is a close up of the actual card front I swapped, and has the stamp in Elegant Eggplant on Whisper White CS. Both feature the NOT YET RELEASED Delicate Doilies Stamp Set, the Flirtacious Specialty DSP and the Lace Ribbons Border Punch, as well as the NEW In Colors Wisteria Wonder and Lucky Limeade!

Hey there! I've lost track what card # this is from the Waterloo Technique Stamp Camp this past Saturday! LOL! I think this was tied for the fave card of the day...keep tuned to see the Iris fold card, I think those 2 are still duking it out to win "Favorite Card" title! ;o)

There was an extra card kit left over from the Techniques Stamp Camp, so when I got home, I sat down to play! I changed up the stamp sets, but otherwise kept everything the same. Love it! (Stamps used here are En Francais and I {Heart} Hearts)
