You (2) Rock!

Hey girlies! I am going to try to catch up my posts this week with the cards I sent to school with the kiddies everyday for their first week of school! (At least until Saturday, when I plan to post my Stampinpalooza swap card, and maybe Sunday post one of the projects we are making at my "World Card Making Day" Open House) I made the following cards for the kidlets, but didn't want to post them until after they received them all (and gave their permission! ;o) So this fun one was created using the new Color Coach. I picked this combo merely because I couldn't imagine this combo together, and you know what? I love it! It would look fabby on a birthday card, a thinking of you card, an invite...just about anywhere you want bright fun colors!

Happy First Birthday!

Hi Ladies! A very quick post, I need to run out the door shortly! I made this card In August for my nieces 1st Birthday. I haven't posted a TON of stuff I've made in the last month, so bear with me while I catch up! ;O) I loved this card when I made it, and sort of forgot about it until I was at their house again 2 weeks ago. It was sitting on top of a buffet, and the way I looked at it, it looked like a box. Before I could stop myself, I walked towards it, and exclaimed "Oh my goodness! This is gorgeous!" Then when I was ready to pick it up, and realized in fact it was a card not a box, and it was a card I made, I was a little embarrassed! Hee! Anyway, it was good for a giggle!

Regionals 2010 Swap Card

Hello friends! Here is the swap card front I made to take to Regionals yesterday. I didn't want to post them before, and ruin the surprise...but this is one of the projects I've been working on this past month. (and...therefore not blogging! Sorry! :o) I took, and swapped 50 of these at the Stampin' Up! Hamilton Regionals yesterday. I got some fantastic card fronts in return...keep your eyes peeled and I might just be sharing them here! Oh my! Another CASED card!

Well...I'm starting to feel like maybe I'm not so creative! This is the 3rd post in a row that I've CASED from someone else! This one comes from the super talented Leanne Greff. I've made only a few very minor changes, and used up a bunch of retired DSP, CS and ribbon. I won't post any more deets than that, to see the "how to" click on Leanne's blog. Summer Fun!

Here is another card I CASED from Stamp 4 Fun. The creator of this card was my sideline, Dion. The only things I've changed are the gem in the centre, and my CS is not textured. It's such a fun cheery card, this was one of the cards we created in this months card classes. Plus...it uses the super summery Tropical Party Stamp Set, and Island Oasis DSP which are only available until August 31 in the summer mini.
