Isn't this a super fun, super sweet, super EASY card? I have a little niece who will be so excited to receive it for Halloween! The inspiration for this card comes from Ellen Kemper's blog. She created a great card that's been stuck in my brain for quite a while now. Hope you enjoy my version!
