Woohoo! It's the end of school!
Happy "Last Day of School" to all you out there! (I know there are a lot of you who have had kids out of school for a while now, depending on where you live...and I'm a little envious!) I sometimes feel like an anomaly, but I must admit, I LOVE this time of year! Long lazy days, bike riding, dog walking, creating, playing, and just general good times all around. Granted, my posts may decrease in frequency, but hey...it's just for 2 months!
This card and tin were made as thank you gifts for all of the kids teachers. The tin holds Hershey Nuggets that are wrapped in a coordinating stamped pattern, and a Tim's gift card. I tied all the bows before photographing them, so you will have to use your imagination for that part! ;o) New CS and inks were used here, and the Cherry Cobbler is probably going to emerge as a new fave for me...look how rich and crisp and vibrant it is...LOVE it!
Ingredients: (All SU! unless otherwise noted)
Apple Blossoms stamp set (NEW Level 2 Hostess gift...to earn yours FREE contact me to have your very own workshop!), Teeny Tiny Wishes Stamp Set, Crumb Cake CS and Classic Ink (NEW, or should I say revised color being released July 1. It was called Kraft, but they have added an ink which we could not get before, and changed the name), Cherry Cobbler CS and Classic Ink (NEW color, being released July 1), Close to Cocoa CS and Classic Ink (RETIRING July 1), Real Red 5/8" Polka Dot Ribbon (RETIRING July 1) I should also mention the idea for the LO was adapted from a 3x3 card in the Stampin' Success! Magazine, I think maybe the May issue???

Friday Night Stampin' Palooza Card (1)
Wow, I am on a roll with the postings! LOL! Here is a card that was made on the Fri pm at Stampinpalooza. I didn't attend the Fri pm, but boy to I plan to for the next event! I hear it was a fantastic eve, with a really inspiring business talk by Ronda Wade. This card was made by my upline, Donna, and gives us an idea of another use for the Watercolor Trio Stamp Set. Hope you enjoy!

Bark, Bark, Bark (Happy Future)
Heehee! I just realized I haven't shared this card with you all yet! We went to a wedding in May, and the couple have a great sense of humour. They love dogs, and are particularly attracted to Scooby. Also, instead of a gift, we were asked to donate to our fave charity instead. Our donation went to a private animal rescue shelter, which I absolutely adore! I tied all those thoughts together and voila! This super fun wedding card was born! (I asked later, btw, they were totally NOT offended, and rather LOVED the card! It's even in their scrapbook!)
Ingredients: (All SU! unless otherwise mentioned)
Close to Cocoa CS, Classic Ink and 1/4" Grosgrain Ribbon, Cameo Coral CS and Classic Ink, Very Vanilla CS, Man's Best Friend Stamp Set, Teeny Tiny Wishes Stamp Set, "veil" made from ribbon from my stash, gems also from my crafty stash.

Skeeter Spray!
Good morning! This card is a little cardstock tucked inside the card to pull out and write on vs. a card that opens. I was looking for a variety of folds when making all the cards for L'il C's school fundraising basket, but also wanted to keep mailing costs to a single stamp, so voila! Here is card 2 of 7...be sure to come back for the rest of the week to see the next 5!
Ingredients: (All SU! unless otherwise mentioned)
Not Quite Navy Classic Ink, Whisper White CS, Bordering Blue CS, Real Red CS, Under the Stars Stamp Set, Ribbon from my stash.

missing U
Ok all, for the next 7 days, there will be 7 posts of the cards I made for L'il C's class fundraising basket. Her basket theme is "Off to Camp" so I've made 7 note cards, matching pen, stamps and envelopes for the lucky little child to send home to mom and dad. The cutest thing about this card (IMHO!) is the inside (which I didn't photograph)...look carefully at the card front, see anything missing? Inside I hand wrote missing, then stamped underneath that the U that is missing from the card front! Eeks! So cute!
Ingredients: (All SU!)
Yo yo yellow CS and Classic Ink, Real Red Classic Ink, Brilliant Blue Classic Ink and Stampin' Write (for the inside), Whisper White CS, School Book Serif Alphabet Stamp Set

Big C's BBQ Basket Invites
Ok gals...here goes with the 8 days of fundraising cards I've made for the kiddies school. Each Class is making a themed basket, and Big C's class is making a BBQ basket. I've made 8 invites, envelopes, matching pen and stamps. Hope you all (and the lucky winners of the basket!) enjoy!
Ingredients: (All SU! unless otherwise mentioned)
Real Red CS and Classic Ink, Night of Navy Classic Ink, Whisper White CS, Kindred Spirit Stamp Set, Invite stamp set from a dollar store.
ps-this is post 2 of 2 for today...(I KNOW! Go me! Not only do I literally have the next 10 days of posts prescheduled, I am also throwing in extra creative love! :D ) so be sure to scroll down to see post #1.
Happy Birthday, Bro!
Morning everyone! This is post 1 of 2 today, so be sure to check the other one out if you haven't already. I'm sneaking this in prior to posting the cards made for the kidlets fundraising gift baskets, but wanted to post, and enter this card in the Practical Scrappers challenge, which is to use glitter and flocking. (Thanks to Deanne, a fellow SPCC Diva for introducing me to this site! Soooo fun!) Anywho...I can do glitter with the best of them (although it does seem to be missing from my repertoire lately, funny how we get into creative routines isn't it?), but flocking is totally new to me. I think I'm gonna like it!!! How cutie is this little fuzzy coconut???
ETA: This card was also entered in the Frosted Designs challenge which was to use glitter...that little 'brellie is glitered ovah'da'top! So FUN finding new challenges!!!
And as for the title of the post...my baby bro turns 38 today (which means, I'm, uh, OLDER!) so thought he could use a fun little drink to help him celebrate his day. I'm sure he won't mind the pink 'brellie and straw, but I could have totally gone blue, and this would be a great "man's card". Well. If that man enjoyed girlie drinks I suppose. Hehe. A quick story on my little bro...he is over 6 feet tall, and has been since high school. (I'm 5'8", and though that can be considered tall for a girl, I am a midget compared to the boys in my family) Growing up I delighted in telling people about my "little" brother, only to enjoy their expressions when he sauntered over and they realized the "little" brother they had imagined, was one tall man! Anyway, Happy Birthday Bro, hope you have a great one!
Ingredients: (all SU! unless otherwise mentioned)
Old Olive CS and 5/8" Satin Ribbon, Soft Suede CS and Classic Ink, Melon Mambo Stampin' Write, Tropical Party Stamp Set, Well Scripted Stamp Set, Island Oasis DSP, flocking and glitter from my local craft store.

Stampin' Palooza Card #2
Well, I wasn't as "on top" of my posts as I thought....sorry gals! I have a ton'o'
photos loaded in the bloggo, just have to get in to write a word or 300 about the cards themselves! LOL!
Ok, here's card #2 we made at Stampin' Palooza last weekend, and ingredients will follow this post. Be sure to come back over the next few days to see new cards. I've been on a creating binge this weekend! My kiddies school is doing a fundraiser, and each class has a themed basket to fill. Big C's class is doing a BBQ themed basket, so I've made invites for that, and L'il C's class is doing an "Off to Camp" basket, so I've made 7 note cards to mail home to mom and dad. They are all terribly adorable (if I may say so myself!) Have a great night ladies!
Ingredients: (All SU! unless otherwise mentioned)
Almost Amethyst Classic Ink, Stampin' Write and CS, Certainly Celery Stampin' Write and CS, Tea Party DSP, Watercolor Trio Stamp Set, corner punch from my crafty stash, and the scallop circle was provided to us...not sure if its a Big Shot template. If anyone knows the answer, feel free to let me know! :o)

All projects were made with the Watercolor Trio Stamp set, and the same color scheme, so I'm sure you smarties can figure it all out! Have a goodie of a night...I have a ton'o'paper work to do...enjoy the card!

Stampin' Palooza Card Front Swaps
This weekend was my first time attending Caroline LeBel's Stampin' Palooza, and I have to say, it was well worth it! (Even the 2 hour stopped traffic on the 401, resulting in being 1 1/2 hours late...grrr...) We had such fun creating, learning, laughing and OMG...EATING! I will be posting the projects we made over the next few days, but today I am going to start with the card fronts I made to swap. I made 30, it took DAYS ( I need to learn to simplify!), and that equals 600 punched flowers, approximately 1500 stamped flowers and 600 seed beads. I loved making them, and love the result, but my word it was a lot of work! LOL! (And, oh yeah, since I was late, I missed most of the swapping and came home with at least half of them...be forewarned my swappy friends...these may be my swaps for the next several meetings! Heehee!)
Ingredients: (All SU!)
Green Galore CS and Classic Ink, Gable Green CS and Classic Ink, Pale Plum CS and Classic Ink, Blush Blossom CS and Classic Ink, Lovely Lilac Classic Ink, Pink Passion Classic Ink, Itty Bitty Bits Stamp Set, Itty Bitty Shapes Punch, Well Scripted Stamp Set, looooots of pop dots, glue dots and tombo :o) and seed beads from my crafty stash!

SPCC 51
Hi all! I've been a bit absent lately...lots going on in the stampin' pad, which I'll update you on tomorrow! Today, I'm here to post my entry for Samantha's SPCC challenge. Be sure to create your own entry, and hop on over to the SPCC blog to post it for a chance to win a Stampin' Up! Blue Bayou Ink Pad, and see all the other fabby entries.
Onto my card...when I first saw the color combo, I imagined Argyle! I don't know why, but apparently Deeanne (an SPCC Diva-Sister) saw argyle too! LOL! I find Melon Mambo looks more reddish than pink with this combo, so I had no problem adding my "dad" sentiment from Eight Great Greetings, and wrapping up my Father's Day card early! Hope you all enjoy.
Ingredients: (All SU! unless otherwise mentioned)
Chocolate Chip CS, Classic Ink and Corduroy Button, Melon Mambo CS and Stampin' Write, Only Orange CS, Eight Great Greetings Stamp Set (***retiring July 1st***...if this is a must have set for you, contact me to place an order at robbyn.weiler@gmail.com , Canadians only please), Classic Backgrounds Stamp Set (retired), twine from my sewing kit.
